People cultural parade - Free

Location: Arnold Bethune memorial Park. The park entrance is located off of Saunders Avenue, Long Sault, Ontario
Registration: From 9:00 am
Parade starts at 11:00 am ends at the Long Sault Arena

  • Anyone can participate and help carry a flag.
  • The theme is culture (diversity or popular)
  • Parade contests (Criteria). Trophies in each the following categories:
    1. Floats (Ethic groups, Businesses, Profit and Not-for profit organization, private individuals
    2. Horses
    3. Decorated Vehicles (Agricultural, business trucks , vans , cars)
    4. Motorcycles
    5. Bicycles
    6. Wheel chairs.
    7. Aboriginal outfits, national costumes, ComicCon , etc.

Multicultural festival

Time:

  • Saturday: 10 am to 4 pm
  • Sunday: 10 am to 3:p,

Admission:

  • Senior, Adults and Teens : $5.00 a day.
  • Children under 12: $2.00 a day.

Location: Long Sault Arena, 60 Milles Roches Road, Long Sault

Kid zone:

  • Slot car Racing
  • Face painting, Balloons
  • Inflatable structure, fishing pond, etc.

Countries representation Win a trophy. Criteria (1 table, 2 minutes presentation or performances).
Vendors: Art, crafts, etc.
Performances: (Programme TBD)
Contests: Win trophies Categories: Family Crest and Food Art (Criteria)
